Guidant was appointed as the client’s outsourced recruitment partner for all temporary and permanent hiring activity. The initial objectives were to immediately gain the support of the hiring community and rapidly implement the service without disruption to the business.

A PRINCE2 qualified Senior Project Manager led the programme in partnership with the client’s nominated implementation representatives and quickly mobilised the service.

A fully embedded, dedicated Account Team was onsite in two locations and maintained visibility across eight others nationally.

03 End-to-end resourcing +

Guidant provided complete management of the end-to-end resourcing process from resource planning through to sourcing, screening, vetting and offer management.

04 Direct sourcing team +

Guidant utilised its centralised Direct Sourcing Team to reduce reliance on third party agency supply and the associated costs by sourcing candidates directly from the market.

05 Employment brand promotion +

Guidant supported the management and promotion of the client’s employment brand to strengthen attraction and improve the candidate journey.

06 Applicant Tracking System +

The provision of an Applicant Tracking System helped create a more simplified and efficient attraction and application process for both internal and external applicants.

07 Real-time reporting +

Comprehensive real-time reporting gave the client greater visibility of recruitment activity, resourcing expenditure and future resource planning requirements.
