Guidant Global wins Best Use of Technology award at TIARA Talent Solutions Awards Europe 2021

We’re thrilled to announce that Guidant Global has won the ‘Cornerstone OnDemand Best Use of Technology Award’ at the TIARA Talent Solutions Awards Europe 2021. The TIARAs recognise and celebrate MSP, RPO and talent solutions providers delivering excellence in recruitment and talent acquisition in Europe.

The judging panel included leading talent acquisition practitioners from organisations such as JP Morgan, Virgin Media, MindGym, and Tetra Pak. Entrants were assessed against key performance metrics, case studies, testimonials and the varied and complex demands of employers.

Announcing our win, the judges said they were won over by Guidant Global’s ‘ability to clearly understand their client needs, and to rapidly respond, flexing a range of solutions to address specific issues and clearly demonstrating how technology can be deployed to effect positive culture change.’

I’m so pleased for the team to have received this recognition of their efforts. Their ability to deploy the right tech solutions at the right times enabled clients to make crucial adjustments and grasp vital opportunities throughout the pandemic - and to do so quickly against a constantly-shifting backdrop. This is a great achievement for the entire Guidant Global team and I couldn’t be more proud of them.

This win caps a great year for Guidant Global at the TIARAs, as we were also awarded the ‘eTeam Client Service Award’ at the US awards ceremony in June 2021.
